अखिल भारतीय जैन सम्मानित छात्रों का अधिवेशन
Parampujya Sakaroddharak Acharya 108 Shri Gyansagar ji maharaj do not believe in polarizing Jain society in different panths (sects). According to him “All jains are devotees of Lord Mahaveer”. He also feels the need to fuse preaches of Lord Mahaveer in young Jain person.
Story starts in year 2000 when Gyan sagar ji maharaj was at Ajmer, Rajasthan. Shri Kailash Gadiya (Secretary of Committee) and Suryanagar, Ghaziabad Jain Samaj (committee) propounded the idea of felicitating students of 10th & 12th scoring more than 90% or enlisted in merit list.
01st program was at Suryanagar, Ghaziabad felicitating students of 10th & 12th scored more than 90% in the year of 2000.
Proceeding on same mission to keep Jain religion and culture in young Jains in 2012 Guruvar and committee came up with an idea to felicitate those students who were called 08 years back based on their performance in 10th & 12th.
Motive behind this was to
- Assess their professional status
- Use this talent for benefit of Jain society
- Provide help to students who are interested for Civil services preparation
01st Convention was organized at Surat, Gujrat in 2012 Chaturmas inviting back students of 2000 to 2004 felicitation function. 02nd convention was organized at Suryanagar, Ghaziabad inviting students of 2005 in Chaturmas of 2013 and 03rd convention at Vivek vihar, Delhi in 2014 inviting students of 2006.
